We’re seeking a Senior Producer who thrives in leading complex projects and is skilled at creating clear paths forward to empower teams to deliver exceptional experiences. You’re not just a project manager—you bring best practices across account, project, and product management but know when to adapt beyond standard execution. You excel at guiding each phase of the project lifecycle, collaborating closely with clients, strategists, writers, designers, and developers, and supporting all perspectives. You’re fluent in each discipline's “language” and passionately advocate for project outcomes that align business goals with user needs. From concept through to execution, you continually drive progress, influence direction, and implement what’s needed to deliver impactful results.

What You'll Do

  • Lead large, challenging, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, leveraging creative, strategic, and insightful project approaches
  • Create and actively manage all development aspects of a project plans, focusing on all technical aspects to ensure milestones and objectives are met on time and within scope.
  • Provide value and support throughout the entire project cycle by driving production strategies that influence the development process, team dynamics, and client relationships with a focus on impactful technical outcomes.
  • Have an expert understanding of and curiosity about brands, development processes, and best in class digital execution
  • Balance innovation and practicality in your production approaches and evaluation of technical feasibility of the work being made.

  • Maintain development velocity throughout the project lifecycle, proactively surfacing risks to delivery to minimize down-time, ensuring people are involved at the appropriate times for project success. 
  • Collaborate with Tech Leads to write, clarify, refine, assign, and estimate tickets.
  • Lead "design breakdown" sessions with project developers to ensure a clear understanding of tasks.
  • Lead sprint rituals and estimation meetings to drive efficiency in project execution.

What You'll Bring

  • 5-8 years experience as Producer on complex projects, especially technical projects
  • Experience directly managing enterprise-level clients as well as large, multidisciplinary internal project teams with respect 
  • Ability to “translate” between team/clients/work, keeping everyone’s interests and needs integrated as part of a project’s successful completion
  • Experience confidently facilitating and actively engaging with digital project management processes, approaches, and tactics
  • Have an understanding of development focused work and brings technical expertise

Pay Range

  • The expected pay range for this position is $85,000-$110,000 for our base US Region 3*. We have three regional pay ranges that are adjusted for cost of living (US1 +15%, US2 +7.5%, US3 Base), learn more about our pay philosophy and cost of living adjustments
