Armed with the insight that 95% of young adults want to connect their online passions to real-world experiences, we embarked on a 25-week journey to reimagine Eventbrite’s app.
Our work included developing new UX flows, designing fresh UI screens, and creating a scalable design system, all while rapidly prototyping to bring the vision to life.
The result? A more intuitive and personalized event discovery experience, where users can easily explore recommendations, browse curated lists, and connect with friends—making the search for the next adventure as thrilling as the event itself. Launched alongside Eventbrite's new brand identity, this end-to-end brand experience brings to life the vision of connecting people through live experiences, adding more joy to every step of discovering and sharing these moments—while staying true to its mission.
Our refreshed app is designed to make every step of the event journey more intuitive and joyful.
