Procore has long been seen as the “tech company” working with construction—but that perception doesn’t tell the full story. Procore is built for construction, by those who care deeply about it. The rebrand wasn’t just about a new look; it was a bold statement of Procore’s unwavering commitment to the industry—today and for the future.

Our Approach

Procore’s brand needed to be as grounded in construction as the product itself. To get there, we immersed ourselves in their world—conducting in-depth stakeholder interviews, diving into industry research, and visiting an active construction site to understand the business from the inside out.


This deep dive revealed a key truth: Procore’s firsthand knowledge of its users and relentless commitment to their needs drive the technology shaping the future of construction. That insight became the foundation of a new brand platform—positioning Procore as both an industry leader and a trusted partner.

Laying the foundation

To set Procore up for its next era, we built a comprehensive brand system—spanning visual identity, messaging, and strategy—designed to reinforce the company’s deep industry ties while propelling it forward.

Building the system

Procore’s wordmark carried strong industry equity, so instead of replacing it, we reinforced it—creating a visual world around it.

At the heart of the redesign was Procore Sans, a custom typeface that embodies the bold, sturdy presence of construction with a refreshingly modern tech edge.

From there, we built a refined visual identity system where every element balances modernity and humanity—rigid grid systems meet earthy textures, fluid type expressions, and dynamic motion, reflecting both the structure and spirit of the industry.

For over 20 years, Procore has built a reputation that resonates with both field teams and leadership alike. Our refreshed brand honors that legacy while embracing enhancements designed to help us stand out, captivate buyers, and inject a new level of energy and adaptability into our identity.

Creating an Enduring Platform

For Procore’s brand to stand the test of time, it needed more than just a new look—it needed a strategic foundation. As the essential connector for collaboration and teamwork on job sites worldwide, Procore isn’t just supporting construction—it’s championing it as a vital public service.

This thinking led to Build Together, the brand’s new platform and tagline. More than just words, Build Together became the foundation for storytelling, culminating in a campaign that embodied the industry’s grit, resilience, and determination. The campaign underscored that Procore and its customers are built different.

Bringing the Story to Life

To introduce Build Together to global audiences, Instrument developed a scalable campaign playbook—equipping Procore with adaptable design and messaging systems tailored to every audience and channel.

Launching the brand

From social and digital display to out-of-home and radio, we delivered best-in-class assets that reinforced the brand’s presence wherever it shows up. The creative captured the grit and determination at the heart of Build Together, while also highlighting Procore Sans as a key brand signature.

Finally, we crafted a powerful brand anthem video—designed for the brand’s highest-visibility moments—to celebrate those who build our world and introduce Build Together to audiences everywhere.

Build Together’ isn’t just a tagline—it’s how this brand was made. Through shared sessions and true partnership with Procore and its customers, we built an identity that doesn’t only represent construction—it respects it. Bold, structured, and always in motion, just like the work it powers.
